Bexleyheath and Crayford MP, Rt Hon David Evennett, was pleased to welcome the Minister of State for Culture and the Digital Economy, Rt Hon Ed Vaizey MP, to his constituency on Monday morning, 12 October.
Mr Vaizey visited Hall Place and Gardens to see the historic house and meet with Bexley Heritage Trust’s Chief Executive Caroline Worthington. After a tour of the House and the Mobo Toy Factory exhibition, they chatted about a number of issues.
Mr Evennett said “Bexley has such a varied and important history and culture. We are fortunate to have such wonderful houses, gardens and churches for all to enjoy and I have long made the case for more people to visit Bexley to share in our heritage. Hall Place remains my personal favourite historic site in my constituency”.
