Bexleyheath and Crayford Conservative Association Chairman, Simon Windle, then took the Chair for the election of Officers for 2015.
Afterwards, Bexleyheath and Crayford MP David Evennett spoke to the meeting about the choice facing the country at the forthcoming General Election.
Mr Evennett said “I believe that the Conservatives have made real progress in Government. We have reduced the deficit, capped welfare and taken action to improve our schools.
“There is more still to do. If elected, a Conservative-majority Government will go further on immigration and securing our borders. We will toughen up on illegal immigration and deport those who have no right to be in the UK.”
