David Evennett MP and three members of Bexleyheath and Crayford Conservatives travelled to Birmingham this week to attend the Annual Conservative Party Conference.
The group spent time listening to the speeches in the Conference Hall, attending fringe meetings, chatting with fellow delegates and touring the variety of stalls.
Mr Evennett commented on his return “It was a good conference bustling with ideas, debate and new policies to ensure that our country meets the challenges of the world in which we live. Economic growth, jobs, security, a world class NHS, higher educational standards, a referendum on EU membership, a better quality of life for all, and making people proud to call Britain home were all prominently presented”.
