Evennett speaks to Townley Politics Students

David Evennett, MP for Bexleyheath and Crayford, paid a visit to Townley Grammar School in Bexleyheath on Friday morning, 28 February.

He spoke with Sixth Form students who are studying Politics about the role of an MP and his responsibilities as a Government Minister and Whip. He explained how and why he went into politics and then took questions on current political and economic issues.

Afterwards, he met with Headteacher Desmond Deehan to discuss the School’s progress and plans for the future.
